Eagle Rent – Quad Tours in Mallorca

 

Thank you for booking with Eagle Rent. To ensure a safe, enjoyable and well-organised quad tour experience, please read our booking and service policy carefully before your tour.

 

1. Driving Licence Requirement

All quad drivers must hold a valid driving licence and must bring the original licence with them on the day of the tour. A photo, copy, or expired licence may not be accepted.

 

Eagle Rent reserves the right to refuse participation to any driver who cannot present a valid driving licence. In this case, the booking may be cancelled without refund.

 

2. Maximum Capacity Per Quad

Each quad can carry a maximum of 2 persons:

• 1 driver

• 1 passenger

For safety reasons, no more than two people are allowed on one quad at any time.

 

3. Safety Instructions Before the Tour

Before the tour begins, all participants will receive initial instructions on how to ride and control the quad safely. This includes basic handling, braking, turning, speed control, safety distance, and tour rules.

 

All drivers must listen carefully and follow the instructions given by the Eagle Rent team. Anyone who ignores the safety instructions or behaves dangerously may be removed from the tour without refund.

 

4. Helmets and Safety Equipment

Helmets and any required safety equipment must be worn during the tour. Participants must use the equipment correctly and follow the guide’s instructions at all times.

 

5. Tour Guide and Route Rules

All tours are guided. Participants must stay with the group and follow the route chosen by the guide. Overtaking, racing, reckless driving, or leaving the group without permission is strictly prohibited.

 

Eagle Rent may change the route if necessary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, safety reasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

6. Alcohol, Drugs and Fitness to Drive

Drivers must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may affect their ability to drive safely.

 

Eagle Rent reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears unfit to drive. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

 

7. Arrival Time

Participants must arrive at the agreed meeting point on time. Late arrival may result in a shorter tour or cancellation of the booking, depending on the schedule and availability.

 

If you are running late, please contact Eagle Rent as soon as possible.

 

8. Weather Conditions

Tours usually operate in normal weather conditions. However, Eagle Rent may cancel, delay, or reschedule a tour if the weather creates unsafe conditions.

 

If Eagle Rent cancels the tour due to weather or safety reasons, customers will be offered an alternative date or another suitable solution.

 

9. Responsibility for Damages

Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the quad, equipment, or third-party property as a result of careless, reckless, or improper use.

 

Drivers must operate the quad responsibly and follow all safety instructions.

 

10. Personal Belongings

Eagle Rent is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the tour. Participants should avoid bringing valuable items unless necessary.

 

11. Health and Physical Requirements

Participants should be in suitable physical condition to take part in the tour. The activity may not be suitable for people with serious back, neck, heart, mobility, or balance problems, or for pregnant participants.

 

Customers are responsible for informing Eagle Rent before the tour if they have any medical condition that may affect their participation.

 

12. Cancellations and Changes

Customers should contact Eagle Rent as early as possible if they need to cancel or change their booking. Changes are subject to availability.

 

Eagle Rent reserves the right to apply cancellation fees depending on how close to the tour date the cancellation is made.

 

13. Right to Refuse Service

Eagle Rent reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant from the tour if they:

• Do not have a valid driving licence

• Act dangerously or irresponsibly

• Ignore guide instructions

• Appear under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Put themselves, other participants, staff, or the public at risk

In these cases, no refund will be provided.

 

14. Acceptance of Policy

By booking a quad tour with Eagle Rent, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted this Booking & Service Policy.
