Bookings are confirmed once full payment or the required deposit has been received.

Guests must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure. Late arrivals may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.

For licence-free boat rentals, the driver must meet the minimum age requirement, present valid identification, and follow all safety instructions provided before departure.

Skippered boat trips and cruises operate according to the confirmed route and schedule, although these may be changed for safety, weather, sea conditions, or operational reasons.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking are eligible for a full refund unless otherwise stated for a specific service. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are normally non-refundable.

If BlueCove Mallorca cancels an activity due to unsafe weather, technical issues, or other operational reasons, guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Guests are responsible for following crew instructions and behaving safely and respectfully. Anyone acting dangerously, aggressively, or under excessive influence of alcohol may be refused boarding or removed from the activity without refund.

Personal belongings are brought on board at the guest’s own risk.
