Step 2 – Pick a date and time
Available slots are calculated automatically from your team’s shifts, days off, existing bookings, and the selected service’s duration plus buffer time.
For clarity, time slots are grouped into morning, afternoon and evening.
Next, they choose a date and an available time slot.

Step 3 – Add contact details & accept your policy
You can also enable automated emails for booking confirmations and reminders (for example, on the day of the appointment).
If you wish, you can display your booking/service policy and require customers to read and accept it at checkout.
Customers enter their email address and mobile number so you can reach them if needed.

Step 4 – Optional online payment
If payment is required, they’re redirected to Stripe’s secure checkout page and, after successful payment, brought back to your profile.
You receive their payment immediately in your Stripe account.
You decide whether clients should pay at checkout (full amount or a deposit).

Step 5 – Confirmation & approval
In your dashboard, you can choose whether bookings are auto-confirmed or held for manual approval.
The confirmation screen and all automated emails will follow the option you select.
